History of formation and development
The company received notice No. 5505/UBCK-QLCB from the State Securities Commission confirming complete issuance dossiers to increase capital from VND 476,400,000,000 to VND 571,679,930,000 from owner's equity.
Business areas
The company is licensed to operate in the following areas:
Manufacturing and trading inorganic, organic, microbial and micronutrient fertilizers and growth stimulants for crops and livestock.
Import-export of fertilizer products, fertilizer production equipment and technology, agricultural machinery, seeds, plants and agricultural products.
Research and production of fertilizer products. Design of fertilizer production equipment and technology. Related services.
Joint ventures and partnerships in fertilizer production with domestic and foreign partners.
Trading, manufacturing, processing, bottling and packaging of plant protection products.
