Members have the right to check, update, adjust or delete their personal information by contacting the website administrators.
Members have the right to submit complaints regarding information security to the website administrators. Upon receiving such feedback, we will verify the information and, if the member's report proves accurate, take timely measures depending on the severity of the case.
VII. MECHANISM FOR RECEIVING AND RESOLVING CONSUMER COMPLAINTS
- Any dispute arising between the Company and Users will be resolved through negotiation. If no satisfactory agreement is reached, either party has the right to bring the case to a competent People's Court for resolution.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation as above, the aggrieved party should gather evidence such as emails, messages, etc. and contact the Company. The Company will then contact the complainant to resolve the matter.
- If the case is beyond the Company's authority, the Company will propose transferring it to the competent authorities. In this case, the Company will continue to cooperate and provide support to best protect the aggrieved party.
Members' personal information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with this personal information protection policy. The collection and use of each member's information is carried out only with that customer's consent, except where otherwise provided by law.
We do not use, transfer, provide or disclose members' personal information to any third party without the member's consent.
In the event that the server storing the information is attacked by hackers resulting in the loss of members' personal data, we are responsible for promptly reporting the incident to the competent authorities for investigation and handling, and for notifying the affected members.
